◎簡(jiǎn) 介
看似四肢發(fā)達(dá)頭腦簡(jiǎn)單，以跳脫-衣+舞維生的大塊頭(劉德華飾)，原來(lái)曾是和尚，深藏看穿因果的奇能。他遇上平凡女警李鳳儀(張柏芝飾)，用“因果‘幫助儀追捕殺人犯。鳳儀發(fā)現(xiàn)大塊頭曾經(jīng)是個(gè)和尚，當(dāng)年因?yàn)楹糜驯粴ⅲ撓卖卖某鄺l條離開(kāi)佛門(mén)。大塊頭告訴她背后有一個(gè)揮之不去的“業(yè)‘，注定要死于非命。
愛(ài)上大塊頭的鳳儀決定要做一生中最有意義的事，捉拿殺害大塊頭好友的兇手。大塊頭也決心要抗衡因果，改變不可能改變的定律……
◎幕后制作
《大塊頭有大智慧》是一部比較另類(lèi)的香港電影，雖然打出的是不折不扣地娛樂(lè)招牌，但我們從電影中更多的體會(huì)到的是帶有魔幻色彩的意味。片中的劉德華身負(fù)20公斤重的特技妝，飾演了一位不折不扣的城市游俠，而張柏芝飾演李鳳儀則是一個(gè)內(nèi)心世界非常豐富的女性，因此兩人的搭檔也使整電影別開(kāi)生面。不過(guò)從觀影的效果看，多多少少還是有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)心理恐怖的感覺(jué)在其中。該片獲得第23屆香港電影金像獎(jiǎng)最佳影片、最佳編劇和最佳男主角三項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng)。
